      Spring 2024 Sponsorship Program

      The New Jersey Relocation Council (NJRC) welcomes the support of organizations that serve the relocation industry. With this support, we are able to provide a valuable forum for education and the exchange of ideas. Sponsorship provides many benefits, but most importantly it helps ensure that NJRC remains the source for regional relocation networking and information. 

      NJRC is pleased to offer the following Sponsorship Opportunities: 

      Corporate Round Table Sponsorship: $1,000/conference* (No longer Available)

      Sponsorship occurs the day of the conference. NJRC Corporate Board Member to introduce round table sponsor. Round table sponsor will be allotted 10-minutes at the start or end of the meeting to present their organization. Sponsor will be introduced during the opening session and NJRC Shout out on LinkedIn. This is limited to one Sponsor per conference and can only be repeated after a 12-month period.

      Reception Sponsorship: $750/conference* (No longer Available)

      Benefits:

      • Recognition of your organization as the Reception Sponsor during the Opening Session
      • Company banner displayed during reception
      • Opportunity to provide marketing "give away" to each attendee at reception
      • Rotating logo on NJRC web pages during the Sponsorship period from January 1st to June 30th
      • NJRC Shout out on social media
      • Waived registration fee for one guest

      Night-Before Sponsor: $1,000/conference (No longer Available)

      Benefits:

      • Recognition of your organization as the Night Before Sponsor during the Opening Session
      • Opportunity to provide marketing "give away" to each attendee
      • Rotating logo on NJRC web pages during the Sponsorship period from January 1st to June 30th
      • NJRC Shout out on social media
      • Waived registration fee for one guest
      Platinum Level: $1,000/conference

      Benefits:

      • Recognition of your organization as a Platinum Sponsor during the Opening Session
      • Digital signage rotating throughout the conference in main meeting room which will include; picture of Platinum level sponsors representatives, two per organization allowed with a paragraph of services offered
      • Sponsor Display table allowed for Platinum Sponsors in prominent location of the facility (distribution of business cards and marketing materials are permitted at the display table ONLY)
      • Opportunity to provide marketing "give away" to each attendee at meeting registration (i.e. pen, pad, etc.)
      • Publicity in the bi-annual newsletter identifying Platinum Sponsors, including group photo.
      • Rotating logo on NJRC web pages during the Sponsorship period from January 1st to June 30th
      • NJRC Board Member will personally greet Sponsor Representative during the conference.
      •   Group Photo will be taken of the Platinum Sponsors with all NJRC Board members

      Gold Level: $500/conference

      Benefits:

      • Recognition of your Organization as a Gold Sponsor during the Opening Session
      • Digital signage rotating throughout the conference in main meeting room.
      • Rotating logo on NJRC web pages during the Sponsorship period from January 1st to June 30th 

      • Publicity in the bi-annual newsletter identifying Gold Sponsors, including group photo.

      • A NJRC Board Member will personally greet Sponsor Representative during the conference.

      • Group Photo will be taken of the Gold Sponsors with all NJRC Board members

      Silver Level: $250/conference

      Benefits:

      • Recognition of your Organization as a Silver Sponsor during the Opening Session
      • Digital signage rotating throughout the conference in the main meeting room.
      • A NJRC Board Member will personally greet Sponsor Representative during the conference.

      *These Sponsorship Opportunities are LIMITED and available to the first organization that registers and submits their payment on line.

      How to become an NJRC Sponsor:

      Any organization that is interested in becoming a sponsor for NJRC may do by submitting your organization information online. The payment process MUST occur on-line and payment made via credit card ONLY. A receipt will be generated and immediately e-mailed for the organization's records. Banner ads and/or logos can be uploaded to the web site.

      For Logo Ads (Platinum & Gold Level ONLY): Please submit your company logo in the following format so that we can include it on our home and sponsor page: 

      • PNG file with a transparent background approximately 180px(w) X 50px(h) @ 150dpi.
      • Please also include an EPS vector file if available.

      If logos are not immediately available, logo files can be sent after sponsor registration to: sponsorship@njrc.com
