The New Jersey Relocation Council (NJRC) welcomes the support of organizations that serve the relocation industry. With this support, we are able to provide a valuable forum for education and the exchange of ideas. Sponsorship provides many benefits, but most importantly it helps ensure that NJRC remains the source for regional relocation networking and information.
For the Fall 2010 Metro Relocation Summit, there are Four Levels of advertising sponsorship:
CAPITAL - $5,000.00
Featured sponsor of one major event component:

Full page ad in conference program

Display table with materials to distribute.
Signage for the individual event being sponsored
Opportunity for a 1 minute “commercial” prior to the sponsored event highlighting the services of their company
Post-conference newsletter publicity, photos at conference
Rotating banner ad on all 3 organizations’ websites for 6 months
PLATINUM - $1,500.00
> Half page ad in conference program
> Logo featured on conference slides
> Display table with opportunity to distribute materials
> General event signage
> Table tent cards featuring Platinum sponsors
> Sponsor will be introduced and acknowledged
> Post-conference group newsletter publicity, photos at conference
> Rotating banner ad on all 3 organizations’ websites for 6 months
GOLD - $1,000.00
> Quarter page ad in conference program
> Logo featured on conference slides
> Display table with opportunity to distribute materials
> General event signage including logo
> Sponsor will be introduced and acknowledged
> Post-conference group newsletter publicity, photos at conference
> Listing on all 3 organizations’ websites for 6 month
SILVER - $500
> Company listed in conference program as silver sponsor
> Name listed on conference slides
> General event signage
> Sponsor will be introduced and acknowledged
> Listing on all 3 organizations’ websites for 6 months.

For rotating Banners (Platinum & Gold Level ONLY): Size of banner should be 468 x 60
For Logo Ads (All Sponsorship levels) & used on the NJRC Resources Web page: Size of Logo should be 60 x 60
Special note:
Payment for Sponsorship must be received by NJRC prior to activation of organization information on the NJRC web site. There will be a fee of $15.00 charged for any returned check.
