NJRC Sponsorship

The New Jersey Relocation Council (NJRC) welcomes the support of organizations that serve the relocation industry. With this support, we are able to provide a valuable forum for education and the exchange of ideas.  Sponsorship provides many benefits, but most importantly it helps ensure that NJRC remains the source for regional relocation networking and information.

NJRC is pleased to offer three levels of sponsorship PER CONFERENCE:
Platinum Sponsorship - $1,000
Gold Sponsorship - $500
Silver Sponsorship- $250

Meeting Sponsor- Platinum level: $1,000 

Benefits:

  • Unlimited number of organizations
  • Recognition as the lunch or cocktail hour Sponsor (first registered Platinum sponsor)
  • Recognition as a Sponsor on each meeting notification e-mail sent to the membership
  • Stand alone signage (including your corporate logo that will remain in the front of the meeting room throughout the day
  • Corporate Logo on the general meeting slides 
  • Stand alone display table in the lobby of the facility (distribution of business cards and marketing material is permitted at the display table ONLY)
  • A sign tent placed on each table listing only the Platinum Sponsors
  • Opportunity to provide a marketing "give away" to each attendee at meeting registration (i.e. pen, pad, etc.)
  • Company name/contact information and a brief description of your services prominently displayed on a vendor profile sheet given to all attendees
  • Rotating Banner advertisement on NJRC web pages & e-mails to membership for a 6 month period
  • Company listing in the resource section of the NJRC Website for a 6 month period under your given business category
  • Free guest for the meeting
  • Opportunity for your representative to present an "uplifting news tidbit" to the audience
  • Publicity in the bi-annual newsletter including a photo of your representative
  • Personal greeting of your firm as a Sponsor from an NJRC Corporate Board Member
  • Photos will be taken of the platinum sponsors with corporate board members and included in the next newsletter
  • Platinum sponsors will be invited to seat a representative at the President's table at the NJRC meeting

Meeting Sponsor- Gold level: $500

Benefits:

  • Unlimited number of organizations
  • A meeting session will be sponsored by each company. Corporate logos/ company sign will be prominently displayed during the session. (i.e. "Tax & Legal Update sponsored by ABC Company")
  • Company name/contact information and a brief description of your services prominently displayed on a vender profile sheet given to all attendees
  • Rotating Banner advertisement on NJRC web pages & e-mails to membership for a 6 month period
  • Company listing in the resource section on the NJRC Website  for a 6 month period under your given business category
  • Recognition as a Sponsor on each meeting notification e-mail sent to the membership
  • Publicity in the bi-annual newsletter covering the session sponsored by your company
  • Company name will be displayed on a sign in front of the facility listing your firm as a NJRC sponsor
  • Recognition of your firm as a Sponsor from the NJRC President
  • Sponsor Representative will be personally greeted by a Corporate Board Member
  • Photos will be taken of the gold sponsors with corporate board members and included in the next newsletter

Meeting Sponsor - Silver level: $250

Benefits:

  • Unlimited number of organizations
  • Recognition of your firm as a sponsor from the NJRC President
  • Company listing in the resource section of the NJRC Website for a 6 month period under your given business category
  • Company name/contact information and a brief description of your services prominently displayed on a vendor profile sheet given to all attendees
  • Company name will be displayed on a sign in front of the facility listing your firm as a NJRC sponsor

In addition, we welcome organizations who are interested in being a sponsor for our newsletter

Newsletter Sponsor: $250.00

Benefits:

  • 1/2 page color advertisement including your representative's contact information and corporate logo
  • Mention from the NJRC president as your firm being a sponsor at the beginning and end of the meeting

How to become an NJRC Sponsor:
Any organization that is interested in becoming a sponsor for NJRC may do by submitting your organization information online. The payment process can occur on-line and payment made via credit card.  An invoice will be generated for the organization's records. If payment by check is preferred, the prospective sponsor will still be required to submit their information on-line.  Banner ads and/or logos can be uploaded to the web site for  Platinum and Gold Sponsorships only.  

LOGOs:

For rotating Banners (Platinum & Gold Level ONLY):  Size of banner should be 468 x 60

For Logo Ads (All Sponsorship levels) & used on the NJRC Resources Web page: Size of Logo should be 60 x 60

Special note:
Payment for Sponsorship must be received by NJRC prior to activation of organization information on the NJRC web site. There will be a fee of $15.00 charged for any returned check.
